Hello, I’m Helen Bell. A Non Executive Director and the MD of Elite Edge HR – a consultancy focused on helping small and medium businesses drive profit though pragmatic HR solutions that work for them.

Working with start-ups and SMEs in Hertfordshire, Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and London, my approach is based on best practice and 30 years’ HR experience spanning construction, automotive, retail and distribution, food service and not-for-profit.

My HR direction has always been shaped by the individual needs of the business I’m working in. They have all been very different in terms of their maturity, resources, priorities and capability, so what would work well in one would be completely wrong in another!

I thrive on the challenge of getting under the skin of different companies and designing HR solutions that fit. My reputation and peace of mind is based on the fact that my work will be right for you, well thought through, and designed with the future in mind.
